Patricia Mahar Joins the Makarios Consulting Team
July 7, 2010, DOWNINGTOWN, Pa. Makarios Consulting,
LLC, announced today that Patricia Mahar has joined the
Makarios Consulting team as a principal. Mahar is a skilled
consultant with more than 15 years of international and
U.S.-based experience collaborating with business leaders
in the areas of talent management and leadership development.
She has coached hundreds of executives to identify and
obtain their career goals and to make needed behavioral
changes to address gaps between potential and performance.
Mahar brings companies the benefit of extensive experience
including evaluating the core competencies required for
success, administering personality assessments, and utilizing
360 tools. Her past clients encompass senior executives
in a range of industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare,
home improvement, digital communications, and business
services. She holds an MBA in International Business
from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School
of Business, and has been a guest speaker in China, Japan,
and Singapore on the topics of career transition, job-matching,
team building, career development, and women business
leaders.
Mahar will be working with clients to help them develop
healthy and effective leadership teams who can accelerate
and sustain their company’s growth and success. “Makarios
