available at an affordable cost. You can purchase a
single copy of an Ebook for your individual use, or
you can adjust the quantity in your shopping cart to
purchase multiple copies for group use. Remember: when
you purchase a single copy, you are buying the right
to use the Ebook for your personal use only. You may
not distribute your copy of the Ebook to any other
individual when you purchase an single copy. Doing
so constitutes theft. |

How
do I get my Ebook? |

To purchase one of leadership Ebooks
for sale, add it to your cart. Adjust the quantity
if necessary, then click “Proceed to Checkout.” You
can then pay either by credit card, or through your
PayPal account, if you have one. Once you have completed
and submitted your payment information, you will
either be moved directly to the download screen (if
you used your PayPal account), or you will see a
screen that thanks you for your purchase (if you
used a credit card). If you are brought to the thank
you screen, click on the gold bar that says “Return
to Makarios Consulting.” This will bring you
to a page where you can immediately download your
purchase(s). You will also receive an email with
a link to this download page. You will have three
hours from the time of purchase in which to download
the Ebook.
If for any reason you have difficulty downloading
your purchase, simply contact

Why
didn’t I get my payment receipt and/or an email
with the download link to my purchase(s)? |

Unfortunately, some major email providers
screen out the payment receipt emails and download
link emails as spam. Your receipt number will appear
on your screen after payment is completed, and the
download link will also be provided on screen (see How
do I get my Ebook?). However, if you can no longer
access either the payment receipt number or the download
link, simply contact us and
we will be glad to assist you. |
