Doug Johnson joined the Makarios Consulting team as a principal in 2009. Mr. Johnson has launched successful companies as an entrepreneur, and has reinvented existing firms as a corporate executive in order to help them reach their true potential. Additionally, he has served businesses as a professional consultant, establishing strategic plans, providing leadership development, and coaching companies to achieve operational excellence.

As a member of Makarios Consulting, Mr. Johnson will work with clients to facilitate healthy change and to develop high-functioning teams through professional assessments, practical tools, and personal mentoring. His passion is to provide leadership teams with a firm foundation so that they can perform at their best at all times, thereby helping their companies achieve exponential growth in the marketplace.

Mr. Johnson holds a masters degree from West Chester University, and offers a wealth of experience drawn from a number of industries including publishing, social media, e-commerce, and financial services. His expertise spans roles in the executive suite, boards of directors, and sales leadership, as well as in large sales team development, product and market development, innovation and change management, strategic and tactical planning, and more.
