forum, RSS feed or print publication. There’s no
charge or cost: simply read the Terms of Service below.
As long as you agree to the Terms of Service, you can publish/reprint
the article(s) of your choice.
However, please note that
the White Papers and Ebooks on this site are NOT available
for publication or reprint: only the articles located in
the Articles section can be published/reprinted.
Terms of Service
Articles may be republished and/or reprinted if:
- You agree to not remove "Article Source: http://www.MakariosConsulting.com" from
each article you choose to publish.
- You agree to include the About the Author information
with the article.
- You agree to retain all links in the About the Author
information and keep them “live.”
- You agree to not add any active links to any article
you reprint from this site. The only active links should
be those specified by the author in the About the Author
information.
- You agree to not change, edit, or reword any part
of any article.
- You agree to never translate any content from our site
in any language.
- You agree to never use any articles obtained from www.
MakariosConsulting.com in any form of spam or unsolicited
mail.
- You agree to not publish any articles on sites that
contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal
material.
- You agree to never sell any article obtained from www.
MakariosConsulting.com. This includes selling articles
individually or in a compilation. You further agree not
to charge any fee for accessing or viewing these articles.
- You agree to never reprint any author photo or image
found on www. MakariosConsulting.com.
- You acknowledge that the copyright of the articles
belongs to Timothy I. Thomas.
- You agree to not use any content from Makarios Consulting
in audio or video derivatives.
- You agree to not include the rel=nofollow tag in your
HREF statements.
- You agree to never use article crawlers, rogue bots,
site scrapers, or any automated script/software or method
that attempts to mine content from www. MakariosConsulting.com.
- You agree to notify Makarios Consulting of your intention
to reprint/publish any article. Please include your name,
the title(s) of the article(s) you are intending to reprint,
and the URL where the article(s) will be reprinted. This
notification is a courtesy only; you are free to immediately
reprint the articles as long as you agree to these Terms
of Service.
- You acknowledge that www. MakariosConsulting.com has
the sole right to revoke these reprint rights at any
given time for any reason provided you're given 48 hours
written notice via email or via fax or via telephone
or via postal mail.
If you violate any of the above terms of service and/or
any author copyright when reprinting articles from our
site, you agree to be held liable for all attorney fees
and statutory damages awarded upon a copyright infringement
lawsuit that may be brought against you. Please read
Section 504(c)(2) (http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap5.html#504).
